COACHING

Executives and Senior Managers often struggle to reach their optimum performance, there is often an obstacle; a behaviour, a difficult person, a blindspot. Coaching helps the Executive reach the desired outcome. Coaching is designed to unlock the potential within and reduce interference to success. The coach helps the Executive to improve their skills and performance and hone their personal development.

APPROACH

The coach brings a process and tools to help the client to think holistically and more broadly to shed new light on their situation, assess their effectiveness, make decisions and plan the actions to be taken.

FORMAT

  • We will have an initial session to discuss coaching objectives and our working principles. This initial session is free of charge and we sign a coaching agreement to formalise our commitments.

  • Generally a coaching program will be for 5 to 7 sessions of 1 to 1.5 hours at about 2 to 4 week intervals. In these sessions, we explore the coaching objectives and deepen our work. After each session, the client is asked to perform further reflection or work to prepare the next session.

  • The coach’s role is not to tell the client what to do, but to prompt their own reflection, decisions and actions.

Benefits

  • The coach is independent from the problem and challenges you to think differently, beyond the obvious next steps.

  • Setting the time aside ensures that you focus on the key questions to be discussed and understand the implications of your decision.

FEES

  • Fees are agreed in the initial coaching session and consider the number of sessions required as well as the complexity of the situation.
