Why?

As Office manager for a large roofing company in Sydney:

  • Managed customer experience and liaised between customers and tradesmen. Ensured any problems were dealt with promptly,  markedly increasing business from the large Strata and Real Estate customers.

  • Ensured cash flow remained positive by promptly invoicing jobs and following up payment where necessary.

  • Implemented a Customer Relationship Management system and provided regular sales updates and data analytics.

  • Implemented best practice processes in the office and to support tradesmen. This included a quality management system to comply with WH&S legislation.
